Each Love, Yu bridal gown is carefully handsewn upon an order. As such, the bridal gown will take 6 – 8 weeks to be delivered. Please do allocate an extra 3 - 4 weeks ahead of your wedding in case you may need alterations or exchanges.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible, the colors of our products online. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be completely accurate. We cannot promise that we will accept returns based on minimal color differentiation between the actual item and the monitor-displayed color.

If you would like a sample of a swatch, we can mail it to you for a token fee of US$5.

Please take a look at our online size chart for specific measurements in US standard sizes that our gowns are based on.

We provide custom sizes at an additional 15% of retail price and can fix the length of your gown should you know the exact length you may require. Our online measurement guide will help you should you be taking your own measurements. Alternatively, you can approach a tailor in your area or email us at yu@weloveyu.com for a step-by-step guide.

We do not provide alteration for all online orders, but our dresses do come with a standard seam allowance of 0.5” – 1”.

All our bridal gowns are to be dry-cleaned only. We use mainly silks and natural products, which may shrink when washed.

Gowns will be couriered in Singapore. For all other international orders, gowns are sent via Fedex. We currently do not charge for shipping for all orders. 

We do not charge sales tax and/or GST on all our items. However, please be aware that all products delivered internationally may incur additional costs, due to varying customs and taxes imposed by each country. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that all additional charges are paid for, in order to receive the shipment.

Love, Yu has no control over whether these additional costs. If you decide to refuse any such shipments, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or custom charges that are incurred on the package (for both original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.

Upon shipment, we will email you the airway bill number so you can track on your shipment

Your bridal gown will come neatly packed into a keepsake Love, Yu box. All other dresses will arrive tissue-wrapped in a carton box.

We do not accept returns on orders unless the garment is faulty.

We will not accept returns/exchanges if the tag has been cut off, so please cut off tag only when you are satisfied with the gown.

Please return/exchange your dress in the same way it was packed and delivered to you. We do not cover shipping for returns/exchanges.

Our website allows you to view our products in either SGD or USD. For all other international shoppers, your order total will be charged according to your credit card or bank's policy on international purchases.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and JCB via PayPal. You will not be required to register for a PayPal account to complete your purchases.

Cash, cheques and/or money orders are strictly not acceptable

Your credit card will be charged only after we have successfully verified your card details, received authorization from your bank and confirmed stock availability. Your order will then be processed for shipping.

All our e-shop gowns are either made in standard sizes or customized according to the customer’s measurements online. We do not provide fittings and alterations, unlike at our studio in Singapore, where customers are attended to by designer Ee-Lyn Tang herself. Hence the reason why the prices you see on our e-shop differ from our studio prices.

Please note that not all online gowns are available at our studio, so it will be best to let us know which style you are looking for beforehand.
